Since you're reading this article I have to guess that you want to lose some weight, burn that fat, shed some pounds. You might be only 10 or 20 pounds overweight or you might be a whole lot more.

It doesn't matter!

Your weight loss program begins here, today with you making a decision that today you will commit to changing your life and losing that eating compulsion.

That's the real devil in the woodpile... it's not the weight or the fat, it's the eating.

You're not a bad person because you overeat. You're just caught up in a compulsion that you don't understand or know how to overcome. Some of it is emotional and some physical.

I know the compulsion to eat can be overpowering... I get it myself... often late at night. And sometimes there's nothing for it but to give in and eat something. When this strikes there are good things to eat that will appease that hunger and bad things that will just make you hungrier.

We'll get to that... there is a solution!

But here's something you need to think about! Eventually overeating will kill you or at very least ruin your health and lead you to a very unpleasant last few years of your life. It's way more serious than not fitting into your clothes or being out of breath all the time.

I have friends and relatives who have been overweight and eating without thinking for a very long time and now some of them are on the downhill slide to a miserable death from diabetes and other diseases while others are virtually crippled by what that excess weight is doing to their joints and spine.

You're just a decision away from changing all of that. Change your eating habits and you can change your life. And it doesn't even have to be challenging or cause you any distress. You don't even have to be strong or have will power. There is an easier way.
