What you put in is what you will get out. What sow is what you will reap. You know it's a funny thing if you think of all those old sayings and how they relate to our daily lives. Unfortunately we seem to be happy to repeat them verbally but live day to day doing the opposite.
When it comes to losing weight and getting rid of fat you need to approach it with an attitude of understanding. What am I doing, what am I eating? Once again you're not judging you are observing and investigating what is taking place in your day to day activities. When you start to observe what you are doing you will see why your body is shaping they way it is.
At this point you won't need anyone to tell you what to do, because you understand your position you will see clearly what is taking place and what will be needed in order to provide your body with proper food and exercise.
Truthfully when you approach anything with care and affection you are patient and non judgmental. Like when you see a beautiful sunset you observe it and take it in. You must approach yourself with the same affection. You can never understand anything when you are busy judging it.
The number one factor in losing abdominal fat is diet, in other words what you eat. When you observe what you are putting into your body it will soon be clear to you why your body looks and feels the way it does. So read the food labels, then take the ingredients and find out what they are. You might be surprised what you find out. One ought never stop learning because when you do your no longer living your just repeating the same old things over and over again.
